*Health is the state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disibilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.*

Maureen (Moe) graduated from the International Academy of Massage, Ottawa Campus in 2006. She also holds a diploma in Health Studies and a Sports Management/ Recreation Coordinator diploma, both from Algonquin College. She has always had an interest in health and the mechanics of the human body, as long with the well being of others.
Maureen's approach to massage therapy is by getting to the root of the client's discomfort and utilizing her knowledge of the human body and the feel of the soft tissue to bring relief and mobilization back to her clientele. She believes that the mind and body connection is an integral part of the healing process and encourages deep breathing for a calming effect on the nervous system.
Maureen incorporates varying techniques and pressures to achieve the therapeutic goals. These range from light to deep pressure techniques and include specific Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Hydrotherapy.
Maureen is looking forward to providing your Smiths Falls massage therapy needs.
